Process description: 

Made of 40s double-strand mercerized cotton plain fabric with a weight of 180g, the gray fabric is boiled in a vat to remove impurities and colored fiber cotton shells. No fluorescent whitening agent is added to make the finished non-fluorescent white semi-bleached base fabric. The fabric is made of active digital direct Inkjet printing process, scanning the Y version of the hand-painted printing draft, positioning the cut pieces and enlarging the size to make square rough patterns. The entire garment has 22 colors. It requires multiple pattern making to modify the pattern details and color adjustment. The color adjustment cycle takes nearly half of the time. Months, imported ink printing, later steaming and washing, shaping and shipping, laser infrared marking and manual cutting.It comes with 32s double yarn 1*1 cotton thread and a full set of matching wash mark accessories.
