The fabric is made of 60s double-ply long-staple cotton plain fabric with a weight of 150g. The finished fabric is made of light etching process + mercerization process to increase the gloss of the fabric. The front panel is printed with hand-made platen screen printing, and the slurry is cracked slurry. Ready-made garments After multiple fermentation washes to test the printing fastness, the printing pattern showed horizontal and vertical cracks as the fabric stretched.
